Hey all!
I've finally finished a little animation testing/editing tool I have been working on for the past week or so. It lets you save/load the animations and embeds the frames and all the data in a single file. This seems to have worked out pretty well, but it may need some future optimization. We'll see.
The program is optimized for 60 FPS, so increasing the Frame Delay value simply means the image will be displayed for one frame longer in-game (I might add an option to view the animation based on miliseconds instead, since that's just much less confusing).
Anyway, check it out here!
